Evoy, Mary Emma
Mary Emma Evoy of Chandler, AZ passed away on March 30, 2011 she was 88 years old. Mary was born on June 12, 1922 in Mahoning, PA to Walter and Florence Frey. She graduated from Lehighton High School in 1940 and went on to graduate from nursing school as an RN. She married Donald Evoy in 1945. Together with their four children they moved to Mesa, Arizona in 1961. She worked as an RN at the Southside hospital in Mesa. In 1970 became office manager for Mezona Orthopedics from which she retired in 1987. Mary will be laid to rest with her Husband of 42 years at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Carefree. She is survived by her sons, Walter Evoy of Chandler, David (Georganna) Evoy of Chandler, and Roger Mac-Donald-Evoy of Wyoming, daughter Linda (Ned) Manning of Chandler. 7 grand children, Jasen (Marnie) Evoy, Christopher (Cindy) Evoy, Michael Manning, Chrissie (Matt) Rogers, Erin (Andrew) Gorry, Kellie, and Jerod MacDonald- Evoy and six great- grandchildren, Dallas, Logan, Seth, Madison, Jersey and Simone. Memorial services will be held on Monday April 4, 2011 at 4:00 PM at Falconer Funeral Home 251 W Juniper Ave, Gilbert AZ 85233. For additional information please visit www.falconer funeralhome.com
