Carol Jensen Obituary

Jensen, Carol P.
81, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on March 18, 2011. She was born on Sept, 19, 1929 and died on March 18, 2011, after a long illness. She was born in Warren, Ohio, moved with her family to New Jersey, and eventually settled in Arizona with her second husband and their two children. We have lost a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Peter, and sister, Barbara. She is survived by her three daughters, Linda Cook of Florida and Lana Havens and Ingrid Jensen of Arizona. Also her four granddaughters, Livia Galbrath, Allison Stinson and Miranda Sult of Arizona and Jill Scott of Florida. Also three great grandchildren and four nieces and nephews. There will be no services. At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, please send any donations to Hospice of the Valley. These people were wonderful in the last weeks of Carol's life. We love and miss you, Mommy, Grammy and Bubby, and will forever.

Grammy will forever be in my heart. I learned so much from her in every aspect of my life. She was a truly amazing person. I long to see her again in paradise under perfect world conditions and perfect health and happiness. My grammy will always be in 'my pocket' close to my heart.
