Dorothea Hibner Obituary

Hibner, Dorothea J. (Dolly)
Dorothea J. (Dolly) Hibner was born June 15, 1929 in Peabody, Massachusetts and passed away peacefully at home April 1 surrounded with the love of her family. She moved to Phoenix in 1956 with her husband and children. She was a caring and giving person who will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She had a love for quilting and received great enjoyment making quilts for others and was a member of the Daisy Mountain Quilters. Her husband of 50 years Val preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter Barbara Mullins of Corvallis, Oregon, sons Michael and Victor, son in-law Larry Mullins, daughter in-law Sue Hibner, grandchildren Jennifer, Robert and Monica, great-grandchildren Jackson, Garrett and Taylor and her brother James Woodson of Mariposa, California. A memorial service will be held at Cross of Christ Church, 39808 N. Gavilan Peak Parkway, Anthem, Arizona 85086 on Saturday, April 9th at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Dorothea Hibner to the Corvallis Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation, 3600 NW Samaritan Dr. Corvallis, Oregon 97333.
