You are in my thoughts and prayers. Will miss your humor and laughter at the reunions. Lots of good memories and a great guy that will be missed by all. May the family know he is now in a better place where we all hope to be one day.

Thank you for all the wonderful memories I have with you from teaching me how to ski to helping me bleed the brakes on the ranger I had. Before Earl came into my life you were the one I would call on with mechanical questions. Thank you for your patience when teaching me how to drive a standard ~ even though I chose to drive an automatic. So many wonderful memories. You will be missed by many ~ may you rest in peace.

We had the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Riggan when he would visit our office for testing. He was always witty, with a great sense of humor and a joy to our day.
Our deepest sympathies to your family.

Wayne and I had much in common, both starting out as telephone linemen. We worked together for many years, sharing good and not so good times, at Mountain Bell. He was a great friend with a positive attitude, even during his illness.
He will be missed by all those who were fortunate enough, to cross his path in life.
Our sympathies to family and friends.
