I only met Anna less than two years ago, but instantly fell in love with her. It was obvious how much she loved her husband, children, friends...and of course, her dog. She was so loving and friendly, I wish we had met years and years ago. Here is a pic of her with my husband's mother and aunt in March, 2010.

I first met Anna and Lee Hart in Walker, AZ. I was one of the few year-round residents. Anna and Lee worked very hard to turn a run down cabin into a home. I frequently walked by their house with my Siberian Husky, Xena and Anna always had treats for my dog. Anna always had a smile on her face and was a wonderful neighbor. She now joins her husband in heaven. My late husband is already there. I hope they talk about the good memories of Walker and what a special place it was in their hearts.

Anna was a wonderful role model to me of what one could accomplish when you really put you mind to it. All my thoughts and prayers are with you as you meet on April 9 to celebrate her life.

My mother endured a difficult childhood, but she never used it as an excuse for failure, on the contrary, she used it as motivation to push herself and her children to succeed at life, and to be a participant in this world to make it a better place. She left the world, and us as children, better because of her. Love you Mom, Chris.
