James Henderson Obituary

Henderson, James Baxter Jr.
81, passed away on April 2, 2011. Born in Houston, Mississippi on July 1, 1929 to James Baxter Henderson and Vera Grace Henderson. Jim retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in 1986. He enjoyed traveling in his motorhome, camping and riding his quad, the family reunions and teasing his grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, sister Mary Grace, grandson Darryl Duval, brother in law Ellis Lambson, along with several nieces and nephews. He is survived by his children Brett Henderson (Dian), Keith Henderson (Christie), Linda Duval (Dwaine) and Cheryl James (Randy); grandchildren Christina Mason (Erik), Billy Cody (Toby), Courtney Poetzl (Jon), Lindsay Duval and Brandon James; and great-grandchildren Derek and Mathew Felix and Aleea and Tristin Cody. Other survivors include his sisters Mamie Lambson, Nelda Mitchell (Wayman), brother Tuney Henderson (Delores) and many nieces and nephews. The family wants to give special thanks to Julia Wright; Nick and Mariana of Adina Adult Care Home; and the caregivers of Serenity Hospice for their loving care and support. Donations to Serenity Hospice 7227 N. 16 St., Ste 170, Phx, AZ 85020 in Jim's name would be appreciated
