Henry Peterson Obituary

Peterson, Henry "Mr. Pete"
of Phoenix, Arizona, died April 3, 2011 at the age of 90. Pete was born in Mesa, AZ on the farm, one of 10 children. He served as a Marine in World War II where he met his wife Ruth, who was serving in the Navy. She preceded him in death in 2006. Mr. Pete will be missed by all the friends and family he greeted on his scooter in the neighborhood. He is survived by daughters Barbara (Gregg) Wallace and Gail Stoneking, grandchildren Audra, Olivia and Chance, great grandchildren Tristin, Ashtin, Christina, Cloe, Cati, Cari, Claire and "my little Sweetheart" McCartney Jude: and adopted granddaughter Sar
ah Saxton. No services are planned. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Odyssey Hospice. Online condolences can be sent to www.hansenmortuary.com.

Dear Peterson Family:
We were saddened to hear Mr. Pete had passed away. He was such a sweet man and we always looked forward to his visits to our office. His great big smile and his stories about growing up in Arizona were priceless. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.
