Manuel, We were so saddened by the loss of our friend Sue when we heard. She was not only our boss, but she was our friend! She cared about each of us as if we were family. She mentored and taught all of us the value of being a good nurse. Her professionalism went above and beyond! Rest in peace dear friend. Manuel......do take care and God be with you!

Mother goose thanks for all the encouragements, words of wisdom, pretty smiles even in the worst days and for being there. I will surely miss you. It was a great blessing knowing you and being part of my life. It was sad and shocking, but I know you are now filled with joy and in peace with our heavenly father. HE welcomed you with an open arms and greeted you with words, "Job well done my good and faithful servant." You will always be in my heart. Till we meet again.

Sue was one of the strongest patient advocates I have ever met. She was a wonderful nurse and mentor. Sue gave me my start at Penobscot Valley Hospital by hiring me. She was sadly missed when she moved to Arizona and will always be missed by her hospital family in Maine. The heavens have gained and we have lost.

Sue,
I will miss you so much-more than you will know. I was ecstatic when you returned to the hospital. I loved you taking care of my patients. I will miss our conversations about Maine, coffee and molasses cookies. It is a good thing to know that I will see you again someday.

Sue, I willed my fur babies to you and did so cause I trusted you so much. You agreed to take in 3 cats for the rest of their life if needed. I miss you and your smile and attitude which were beyond wonderful. I could trust with anything and I would have with my life. Love from Marie

Sue, you were a GREAT nurse and a beautiful person. I will never forget my first day at CGRMC when you took me under your wing and nicknamed me Marilyn. You made me feel so welcome. I loved sharing our stories about our love for the great state of Massachusetts. You will be missed and heaven gained another angel.

Sue, you were a mentor to me and so many others. You taught me not just how to be a great nurse, but how to be a great person. You were one of my greatest influences and I think of you often.
