William O'Brien Obituary
William Edward O'Brien, 81 years old of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away April 3, 2011. Originally from Chicago, IL, born to parents, John O'Brien and Nellie O'Brien (Gilmartin). He is survived by his wife, Dorothy of 52 years, and three devoted children, Russell, Karen and Kathryn. Bill also had 5 beautiful grandchildren, and was a decorated Korean War Veteran. He was deeply loved and will be missed more than words can say. Visitation will be held from 5-8PM, Sunday, April 10, 2011, Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale. Funeral services will be held at 9AM, Monday, April 11, 2011, Hansen Desert Hills Chapel. Interment with military honors will follow the service at 10:30AM, National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix. In lieu of flowers, Bill was a member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart, P.O. Box 49, Annadale, VA, 22003. Please visit www.hansenmortuary.com to leave online condolences.
