Hi....Marcia, Mike, Monica, Mindy and your families.
I can’t believe it has been 10 years.....Leeann was like a sister to me. We always enjoyed being together and having great kids about the same age. She was a very special sister-in-law. She and Gary travelled several times a year to Greentop and we would go to Des Moines probably twice a year.
We played cards every time we got together, laughed about so many things. shopped in Kville, Quincy, DesMoines. I have the most fond memories of her and all of you! Love to all.

I was so blessed to have started my teaching career with LeAnn at West Point. LeAnn enouraged me, guided and mentored an over zealous new graduate and helped me learn some of those hard lessons in Education. LeAnn's support for her teachers never waivered regadless of the situation. LeAnn will be missed by all that she touched. My prayers go out to her family.

I was fortunate to work under LeAnn upon moving to Surprise in 2001 when she opened West Point Elementary in Dysart. She was a caring person who put her heart and soul into our school. She started out as my boss and became a friend and mentor. She encouraged me to reach beyond my comfort zone. She was a dedicated educator and a giving spirit. She will be dearly missed. My sincere condolences to her family.

LeAnn and I formed the entire third year French class at North High School in Des Moines, 1961-1962. Just the two of us. We had a lot of fun together. In spite of that, we actually learned something! We were also in the band together. Talk about your sparkling personalities. This is a heartbreaker.

My thoughts and prayers are with LeAnn's family and friends. She was the principal of my sons school when he started kindergarten over 8 years ago, and I have not met another administrator that can compare to her. She was the best of the best!!! She made everyone feel welcome, loved, needed and important. She will be missed, but never forgotten!!!

Dear Family of LeAnn.
She is my 2nd cousin on my Dad's side (Rogers/Brown). It is fun to see how she grew into the more outgoing and loving soul she is. She used to be so shy in HS to those who were not real close. But I'm sure she was very outgoing to all who did know her. I miss her, and I send my love to her as I know that there is no death, only moving on to higher ground, and again she will continue her higher education for self and take many with her. We love you, LeAnn, and I named my 2d daughter after you. Hugs, Cousin Linda (Rogers) Michael

To LeAnn's family

We were deeply saddened to heaer about LeAnn. She was my dear, sweet sister-in-law for many years and I have so many fond memories of the experiences we shared over the years. We were like sisters and I have deeply missed her. We met 46 years ago when she started dating my brother-in-law. Unfortunately, I have not heard from her in years and I am so sad to know that I will not be able to talk to her once again or to just give her a hug. I always looked forward to going to Des Moines or for their family to come to Missouri.

I know her family will miss her greatly. She was a great person and one that I am honored to have shared a part of her life.

Our prayers go out to the family and I am glad she enjoyed a wonderful life in AZ.

We are there in our hearts with all during this time of sadness.

God Bless LeAnn and all who loved her.
