59 of Surprise, passed away on April 4, 2011. Visitation Friday April 15th 4-6PM at Preston Funeral Home 3800 S. Central Ave Phoenix. Combined funeral service with Tyrone Hodge (nephew) Saturday April 16th 10AM at Bethesda Community Baptist Church 906 E. Jones Ave. Phoenix. Interment at East Resthaven Park Cemetery. Preston Funeral Home serving the family.
