Marie Lundquist Obituary
96 of Youngtown, AZ, passed away on April 11, 2011. Marie was born October 13, 1914 to William Geraghty and Anna (Burckart) Geraghty in McGregor, IA. She was united in marriage to Russell Lundquist on August 17, 1940 in Minneapolis, MN. They lived in Minneapolis and Bloomington, MN until moving to Phoenix in 1982. Marie attended Shepherd of the Desert Lutheran Church in Sun City. Marie was preceded in death by her husband Russ; two children Judith Kozak and Thomas Lundquist; and brothers Carroll (Rita) Geraghty, James D. (Geraghty) (Betty) O'Connor, and William Geraghty. Marie leaves two grandchildren Lisa A. Garrett and Scott Kozak; one great granddaughter Hailey Marie; sisters Lorraine (Richard) Mero and Joyce Keys; brothers James Geraghty and Paul Geraghty; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins in Minnesota, Iowa, and Arizona. Memorial services are 10:00AM, Tues., 4/19/11 at Phoenix Memorial Park Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix. Arrangements entrusted to Advantage Golden Door Chapel, Youngtown, AZ.

Lisa and Haley,
I had many years of laughs with Marie. She enjoyed the family reunions, but most of all at the top of her list were your names Lisa and Haley. She was one proud lady. She was the NUMBER 1 cousin. Cathy Hayden
