Dad, I have so many fond memories of you. Looking back on my childhood I remember how loving and faithful you were to Mom and what a dedicated father you had been to us by providing everything we ever needed. That is truest expression of love. You had mastered the art of patience and knew how to make things calm when needed. Slow with tongue and quick with the hugs.
As an adult our relationship grew stronger which was absolutely wonderful. I will keep a special place in my heart for all the things we shared. The road trips, cruises, ball games, casinos, movies, lunches and dinners we did together are the best because I got to do them with you. A smile comes across my face when I think of you fondness of ice cream and candy. It is truly an honor to have known you as man and blessing to get to call you my Father. I love you dearly and will miss you madly but I know I will see you again.
All my love from you daughter, Laura

Dad,
I have so many fond memories of you. As I look all the back to when I was a young child you showed me how much you loved me everyday by being a loving and faithful husband to Mom and a dedicated father by providing all I needed when I was growing up. That in itself is the truest expression of love. You had mastered the art of patience and had a way of making things calm when needed. How thankful I am that you are my Dad.
As an adult our relationship grew stronger and for that I am thankful. I will kept a special place in my heart for all the things that we got share. The road trips, cruises, ball games, casinos, movies, lunches and dinners where all made better because I got to do them with you. It was honor to know you as a man and blessing to get to call you my Father. I love you and will miss but I know I will see you again.
With all my love from your daughter, Laura
