Margaret Krakora Obituary

Krakora, Margaret M.
Went to be with the Lord on April 13th, just weeks before her 94th birthday. She had a full and wonderful life that began on April 28th, 1917 to parents Peter and Margaret McLennon. She grew up in a lively household of 5 brothers: Jack, Peter, Leo, Paul and Jerry and 2 sisters: Mary and Grace. Of her siblings, she is survived only by her younger brother Paul and his wife Joyce. "Marge" married James J. Krakora on May 9th, 1942, and raised their family in Chicago until moving to Phoenix in 1969. She is survived by her children; Margo Stroeve (Wilbert), Jay Krakora (Mary Sue), Karen Delgado (John), Marian Aylesworth (Bob) and John Krakora (Kathy), as well as 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grands! She considered family her greatest treasure. She was known as TC to her siblings and nieces and nephews and then later as "Marge in charge" for her persuasive ways! She enjoyed many, loved bridge, entertaining friends and family, and getting her prayers answered: she claims she always did. This legacy is the most encouraging to us all. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00am, Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix. A Reception will follow at the church. Donations can be made to Christ Child Society in lieu of flowers.
