Dennis Krygier Obituary

Krygier, Dennis A.
age 74, passed away April 9, 2011 at his home in Sun City, AZ after a brief battle with Cancer. He was born in Chicago, IL, Aug 27, 1936 to Marie P. and Mitchell Krygier. They later moved to Maywood, IL. He is preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife Jennie Villalobos Krygier. He is survived by his four sons, Dennis II, John, Michael, and David; as well as his sister Corinne Ross of Mary Ester, FL; his niece Laura Olson of Dallas, TX, Scott Ross of Cinnaminson, NJ and Alan Ross of Windham, NH; and his significant other Janet Covington. Dennis retired from the Air Force at Luke Air Force Base. He did a tour of duty in Tehran, Iran and was a Vietnam Veteran, as well as serving in Anchorage, AK during the big earthquake. He settled in Glendale, AZ with his family. He worked for the post office in Phoenix, AZ, retiring from there as well. He relocated to Sun City, AZ. Dennis was a jack of all trades and had many part time jobs which kept him busy and happy. He was a volunteer at several churches in the area. Dennis donated his body to science but there will be a Mass to honor his life May 14, 2011 at 10 a.m. at St. Clements of Rome Catholic Church, 15800 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ. In lieu of flowers, please send any donations in his name to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014-5656.
