I must have heard you tell me the same story at least 10 times, but it will remain with me for life. When you were in the Navy and caught a parrot and a monkey, but had to let them go when a CO showed up. The parrot flew away, but the monkey was let go on a make-shift raft. May you soar as high and far as that parrot, and sail as long as that monkey. Much love Grandpa.

Turner could always be counted on for good hospitality and good company. Amy and Dannielle thought the world of him; he pretty much adopted them as his own when they rented a home from him, and that bond endures today. Thanks you, sir, and Godspeed.

Rest in Peace, Turner. Thank you for all you did to help Dannielle & I over the many years we rented your trailer. YOU made it possible for me to raise my daugheter in the way that was most important to me; out in the country with horses, dogs, and other various critters. Danni & I had the BEST years while living in that trailer!! You were always there to lend a helping hand or a kind word or a hilarious joke. Thank you for sharing so many of your life's stories with me. I loved hearing them. Much love & many hugs to your wonderful family. They also are very special to me. Rest in Peace my Friend. You WILL be missed sorely and remembered fondly.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. I have thought often of the time that we lived with you years, and years, and YEARS ago. You all filled a need in our family at that time. I seem to remember Vern coming back with one of the biggest catfish that I had ever seen.
