Guy Cooper Obituary

Cooper, Guy Jr
Passed away on April 15, 2011. Guy was born in Kansas City, Mo on December 14, 1919. He grew up in Beverly Hills, CA. He served honorably in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a pioneer in the early development of cable television in Southern California. He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Elizabeth, and three children Ronald, Carolyn and Buffie. He was preceded in death by his son Bill. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Marnie, Philippe, Sebastien, Elisa, Bill Jr., Christy, Scott, and Anne, also 15 great grandchildren, Emily, Kai, Madison, Christian, Bailee, Isabel, Ava Elizabeth, Ryder, Reece, Claire, Sophia, Blake, Danielle, Dylan, and McKenzie. A memorial service will be held at the Scottsdale Bible Church Chapel 7901 E. Shea Blvd. at 3pm presided over by Pastor Daryl DelHousaye, with a reception to follow. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to Christian Family Care at 3603 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013.
