John DeShetler Obituary

DeShetler, John Harry
66, of Tucson passed away on April 14, 2011. John was born December 13, 1944 and grew up in Toledo, Ohio. He was a Macomber High School graduate. John was the owner of Main Street Billiards in Tucson and formerly in Mesa. He was a Vice President of the Mill Rite Union and was the owner of a number of other businesses. John always liked things that were entertaining and loved a good challenge. He loved people and sharing with people. John's advice to people was "If you believe you can, you can." John was preceded in death by his parents, Harry H. & Gladys C. DeShetler of Toledo, Ohio. Surviving are his loving wife of 46 years, Carolyn; sister, Rose (Vernon) McKinley, 3 nieces, Melissa Skogan, Lisa O'Duinn, & Tammy Kronenberg; 2 great nieces and 3 great nephews. The family held a private gathering of friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Casa de la Luz Hospice (www.casahospice.com).
