Joseph Whitaker Obituary

Whitaker, Dr. Joseph "Joe"
64, went to be at peace on Thursday, April 14, 2011. He was born in David, Kentucky on September 09, 1946 to Allan and Mary Evelyn Layne Whitaker. He was a Catholic and a university teacher who will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memories his two sons, Joey Whitaker of New York City, New York, Gabriel Whitaker of Dallas, Texas; his daughter, Emelia Whitaker of San Juan, Puerto Rico; sister, Christine Brunson of Tempe, Arizona; two brothers, Charles Whitaker of Mexico and Bill Whitaker of Corpus Christi, Texas. He was also blessed with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. The Funeral Service will be held at 1pm on Friday, April 22, 2011 at Ramon Funeral Home Chapel in Robstown, Texas. I´m Tony and Dorothy´s youngest. I´m sad to see this. We have a picture of Bill and Joe when they were young I wish we could have been closer to our dad´s family.
