Norma Kramer-Havens Obituary
70 of El Mirage, passed away on April 18, 2011. She is survived by her daughter Donna (Gary), sons, Ed (Beth), David (Dawn) and Jerry (Beverly), sister Betty Ann, brother Tom, eight grandchildren and three great-grand children. Norma is preceded in death by her son John Kramer. Norma was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and was also an avid reader who enjoyed quilting and other crafts. A memorial service will be held at Happy Valley Baptist Church 24220 N. 43rd Ave., Glendale on Saturday, April 23rd at 5:00PM. Mom,

Beautiful Sweet Norma, Words can not express how much I hurt knowing that you are gone, you (and your hugs) will be missed, your grace, loving and gentle ways and words always comforted me when I saw you. You always brought a smile out of me! I Adore You!! You will always have a piece of my heart! This world & our lives will not be the same without you, but heaven is now that much more beautiful with you there. Rest in Peace my Sweet Norma. We LOVE YOU So Much!!! Mom I can't put into words how much you meant to me. From the first day I met you till the last moment I saw you, you always let me know how much you loved me. As you always said "I didn't give birth to you but you are my daughter in my heart." You've blessed my life greatly and I hope you know that. I love you so much Mom.
