Ryan, Caroline E.
Caroline E. Ryan, 91, of Tannersville, PA, died April 18. She was the widow of Patrick H. Ryan who died March 9, 1995. Born on December 3, 1919 in Chicago, IL she was the daughter of the late Herman and Minnie (Kuhlmann) Schroeder and lived in Pennsylvania for the past two years having previously lived in Scottsdale, AZ and Mount Prospect, IL. Caroline was affiliated with the Glass and Garden Church in Scottsdale and the First Presbyterian Church in Stroudsburg, PA. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and arts & crafts. Surviving are two children, Kathy Asencio and her husband John of Tannersville and Marty Ryan and his wife Carolyn of Montgomery Village, MD; three grandchildren, Kelly Ryan Gilmer and her husband Bryan, Casey Ryan and his fiance Liz Kromberg and Maria Asencio and a great grandchild, Quinn Gilmer. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to St. Jude's Childrens' Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Arrangements by William H.
