passed away on April 18, 2011. The Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, April 25, 2011 at Trinity Baptist Church, 2130 E. University Dr., Mesa, AZ. Interment will be held immediately following the services at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 E. Baseline Rd., Mesa, AZ. Arrangements under the direction of Falconer Funeral Home.
