Samuel Swallow Obituary
Sam Swallow passed away on April 21, 2011 at the age of 30. He was born in Tucson, Arizona on March 13, 1981. Sam left behind his wife Jenna, two sons Sheldon (10) and Sigur (3 weeks), his mother Kathy, father Bob, sisters Christine and Emily, a niece, a nephew and many friends. Sam's passions in life were his family and his music. We love him with every fiber of our beings and will carry him in our hearts every moment of our lives. Viewing begins at 10:00 am with services to follow at 11:00, on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS, 22034 N. 83rd Ave. Peoria, AZ. Contributions in his memory can be made at any Desert Schools Credit Union under the Sam Swallow Memorial Account. Arrangements entrusted to Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary.

To My Son
We have all had a very rough time with your passing. We understand that we all have two dates that only our higher power has planned for us, but it still hard to believe that you were needed so soon some place else. You will forever be in our hearts. We all are better people and better thinkers now because of you.
I love and miss you so much. I'll continue to meet you at Starbucks in the mornings.

Sam, its been since we were kids. I was so happy so see such a huge group of people show up yesterday. It warmed our hearts to know that when we grew up you were surrounded with amazing people. Sam was a kind friend!He was very carefree and lighthearted..Passion for music was his thing.I will never forget how much of a kind soul he was,Also still have that Crass T-shirt from freshmen year he gave me.I wouldnt say we were really good friends but we had our shared moments thru the silent hallways of the past..May the spirits guide you to that great gig in the sky.My heart goes out to his family and you are all in my hearts..Love & Light and my deepest condolences

I had the privilege of knowing Sam for many years, got to see him several times during later years as he matured into an adult, a husband and father. I was always touched by his genuine goodness, acceptance, and love for others around him, be them however they might be. He was and ever is a good and kind natured soul and I know he will be dearly missed by all who were privileged to know him. My most sincere condolences to all that loved him, especially the family and close friends, the dear children and young widow of this fine young individual. God bless you. My heart is breaking for Sam's wife, boys, dad, mom, sisters, friends. Sam was one of the coolest guys I knew: Mr. Dad, Mr. fix-it, a rocker, teacher, computer geek, comic, coach, advisor, warrior, optimist, a romantic. I never knew what his next accomplishment would be. A guy who left an enormous footprint here. He is and forever will be greatly loved.

The world has lost a truly great man. My prayers are with him and his family. Sheldon and Sigur will always know what an amazing father, brother and friend he was. It will be very hard to say goodbye to someone we all wish terribly were still with us. God bless you Sam.

Life will never be the same without Sam. He was charismatic, kind hearted and had the most contagious laugh I have ever had the blessing to hear. My heart goes out to all of Sam's family,his beautiful and amazing wife Jenna and their beautiful family. The last time I saw Sam he was so happy he was glowing. That is one memory I will always keep with me among the many others I am grateful to have of Sam. May god Love you and keep you.
