39, of El Mirage, AZ passed away April 22, 2011 in Prescott, AZ. Deland served in the U.S. Marine Corp., and was later employed as an Auto Mechanic. He is survived by his mother Starlett Hovious, as well as his children Amanda and Deland Hovious. Services 12:00 p.m., Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ.
