Kristie Enis-Mercado Obituary
33 of Laveen, Arizona, went home to be with the Lord on April 26th, 2011. Kristie is survived by her loving husband, Kevin S. Mercado, Sr.; loving son, Kevin, Jr., loving parents, Marilyn and Gerald Smith, Sr.; father, Alvin Enis; loving siblings, Jenitha (Mitchell) Stevens, Jerilyn, Starrie, Adrienne, and Gerald Smith, Jr., and many family members and friends. The Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM, Saturday, April 30th, 2011, at 7758 South 79th Avenue, Laveen, AZ. The Graveside service will begin at 7:00 AM, Sunday, May 1st, 2011, at the Pee Posh Cemetery at 79th Avenue on Dobbins Road, in Laveen, AZ. Arrangements entrusted to Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, Inc.

i don't understand why things are the way they are.. i just know it hurts! i can hear your voice see your dance nd feel your smile..nd i will cherish the many memories we created :) i've cried with sorrow nd laughter listening to music while looking through pics nd yet it still doesn't feel real. i'm gonna miss you shhkitty til we meet again :))

Kristie my friend ... From the day I met you we became friends, little by little we became good friends. So many crazy times, good laughs and bottles of patron. Your words of wisdom and all those times we shared I will forever hold close to me. I will never forget you and your crazy laugh I will miss running into you at the mart and tolleson.thank you thank you thank you for being such a loving beautiful person and friend. Luv you dearly

I cannot begin to describe what kind of friend she was. She could be so many things to you to make you feel you were the main priority. I think my relationship with Kris was one of hard and fast. We did everything in that manner. Anyone can tell you she could keep you laughing for hours just from one quick witted sentence that could go on and on and then she'd finally squeal to let you know she couldn't breathe...omg...i can't believe she's gone. She became a close friend and 'sister' and i know we could go months without contact, i just didn't realize she'd go away...and here we are. With sadness filling every portion of my heart and soul because she truly was an exceptional, vivacious soul. She commanded your attention and loved you right back. I will miss you the rest of my days Kristie. You made a huge impact on my life and i am grateful for the time we spent together. The kitty sister circle will never be the same. Sweet dreams mama until we meet again. 'Rock steady!' And our favorite...'meow!'

Kristie was such an AWSOME, BEAUTIFUL AND WITTY friend anyone could ever have. She was loved by so many and many will miss her dearly. The most vivid memory I can replay back in my mind of Kristie is that when ever you were down in spirits she always had a b'tiful smile and a contagious laugh that would make you forget about your worries for a moment and share her happiness with you.. RIP sister :) To the family our condolences and prayers go out to you, Much luv Del, Ray and family
