Maurine Johnson Obituary
passed away at the young age of 89. Born March 20, 1922 in Dallas Tx. She was a wonderful and strong mother of 5 children; Wes Johnson, Karen Johnson, Jeanine Trainor, Rob Johnson, and Patrice Johnson. Beloved Grandmother to 7 grandchildren and Nana to 10 great grandchildren. Her avid love of gardening and education brought her both peace of mind and great fulfillment. The entire family looks forward to the time they will see her again. A memorial will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Selleh Park 2499 S Los Feliz Dr. Tempe, AZ at 10:00am. I just heard this from a friend and it was too late to attend. I worked with her at MCC and had a lot of good laughs and times playing cards.

Maurine was a wonderful person. I helped her with her income taxes for 37 years,and I looked forward to our yearly visits. I thought of her more as a friend than a client. My deepest condolences to her family.
