Jerome Lamont Obituary

Lamont, Jerome Carl "J.C."
left this world peacefully on April 22, surrounded by his loving family. J.C. was born in Elysian, Minnesota, on October 24, 1934. J.C. became a U.S. Border Patrolman in 1966. In 1969 J.C. became a U.S. Customs Inspector. He was stationed at the Port of Andrade, on the Mexican border until 1986. He also worked in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and Los Angeles, California. While in Los Angeles, J.C. met and married his beloved wife of 19 years, Nancy. After retirement, Nancy and J.C. moved to Sun City West, Arizona. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, skiing, and reading. J.C. was preceded in death by his parents Sam and Theda and brother Jeff. He is survived by his wife Nancy, sons Mike (Nancy) and Chris (Anita), daughter Shawn (Kevin), brothers Jason and Jim and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. J.C. was a wonderful husband and father. We will miss you Dad! In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley at www.hov.org.
