Wipf, John S.
82, of 5658 E Everett Dr, Scottsdale AZ passed away on April 27, 2011. John was born on July 25th 1928 in Huron SD to Sam K & Lydia Wipf. John had 11 siblings. John worked at Armour and Company for 30 years. After which, he and his wife, Gloria (now deceased), moved to Scottsdale AZ. Surviving John is his son, John Jr (Judy) of CA and daughter, Paulette Stravitz (Mark) Scottsdale AZ. Three grandsons, Mitch & Zachary (Darcy) Stravitz of Scottsdale & Andrew (Stacy) Stravitz of Chicago. Granddaughters, Jana and Jamie Wipf of CA. Great grandchildren, Colton and Lucy Anne (Zachary). John has seven surviving siblings. Memorial Service was held at his church at Sunnyslope Mennonite on Saturday at 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Sunnyslope Mennonite Youth at 9835 N 7th St. Phx Az 85020

I remember Uncle John as a very kind person. When we lived in Red Lodge,Mt. & they would stop & see us. One time he gave me a wall mirror,which I still have. I think about him every time I look at it!! I loved uncle John very much.
