I was so sad to hear of Phyllis' passing as each time I saw her she was full of energy and life. I will always remember Phyllis as a Champion for Special Olympics AZ. Whatever the City of Phoenix or SOAZ asked, Phyllis answered with unwavering loyalty and dedication. She will be missed!
