Wagner, Geraldine Ruth
Geraldine Ruth Wagner, 88, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2011. She was born in Norway, MI on November 24, 1922 to Edward and Rachel Wagner and grew up in Niagara, WI. Geraldine resided in Iron Mountain, MI and on the Hamilton Lakes before moving to Phoenix. Geri was a compassionate, generous and loving woman who enjoyed music, gardening and reading. She served as an army nurse in World War II, worked for an optometrist in Iron Mountain and was employed by Motorola in Phoenix. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Joan (Wagner) Ferron. She leaves behind a brother-in-law, Richard Ferron, four nieces, Mary Ferron, Patricia Stuyvenberg, Ann Chadwick, and Kathy Ferron, two nephews, Mike Ferron and John Ferron, as well as nine great-
grandnieces and nephews. There are no services planned. Inurnment will take place at St. Francis Cemetery. www.AL Moore-Grimshaw.com
