To the Medina family from the Gomez family we are truly sorry for your loss. We are also very thankful to have been blessed with the memory of your father and the friendship him and our father endured through all these years. We all grew up on Stansberry Street along side the Padillas and Sandovals. Benny and my dad as we nicknamed the “hunnies” were very close, they were like brothers. I won’t go into details of stories as there are too many to tell but I thank you for sharing him with us. I will never forget his smile, he was an amazing man. He was a man of great stature and a man of integrity and honor who loved his children very much. Benny touched many lives.
I believe in Angels and I believe he is heaven now and is one of my Angels. Whenever I look up I will forever know that Benny is looking down on us. He is probably saying “I’m your angel in the stars, where I am happy now and we will be reunited one day.
Con mucho carino, from the Gomez Family. Rest is Peace from you Compa & Comadre.......
