Gerald Chase Obituary

Chase, Gerald W.
passed away on May 7, 2011 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Flat Rock, OK to to Mr. and Mrs. Walter Thomas Eggleson. They passed away in 1920 and he and his twin sister were adopted by Dr. and Mrs. W. W. Chase. He married Evelyn Edwards in 1941. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps active duty from 1942 - 1946. He graduated from University of Oklahoma in 1950 receiving his Masters in Geology. Gerald is survived by his wife Evelyn, sons; Warren (Victoria), Charles (Julie), daughters; Martha (Alfred) Gram, Charlotte (Sudduth) Cummings, six grandchildren and 2 great grand children. Services will be held honoring Gerald on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, 11:00 am, East Mesa Christian Church, 706 South Green field Road, Mesa, AZ 85206. Interment will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2011,
10:00 am, National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ. Contributions can be made to East Mesa Christian Church.
