Norma Zaner Obituary

Zaner, Norma
86, of Desert Haven Assisted Living Facility, Phoenix, passed away peacefully on May 9, 2011. Award winning Watercolor Artist and Homemaker. She is survived by 4 children, Starlet, Keith, Robert and Richard. Their spouses, Jeffrey, Debra and Roseann. Her grandchildren, Craig, Ross, Julie, Jordan, Stefanie, Rebecca and Rachel. Her great grandchildren, Jaxson and Ashley. Service and Burial at Mount Ararat in Farmingdale, New York on May 13, 2011. An upcoming Memorial Service will be held in Phoenix. Family requests donations can be made to the Altzheimer's Association and Hospice of Arizona

I remember the family warmly from camp Bryden Lake where I was a bunk/pioneering counselor in 1965.

Our memories of Norma are so sweet that we refer to her as "Mom." She was always happy to see us and hugged us with genuine love. We will picture her forever with that beautiful smile on her face. She was a real lady, and we will miss her for a long, long time. Rest in peace with your Gene, dear Norma.
