Neil Sowden Obituary

Sowden, Neil G.
Age 79 on Thursday, May 12, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer, of Pittsburgh/Phoenix. Former husband of Janet Sowden; father of Karen Brooks, Nadya Wirlo, Barbara Davis and Jennifer Ober; grandfather of Brittany, Hanna, Andrew, Constantyn, Christian, and Jackson; brother of Mary, Midge, Lucille and Fred. Friends will be received Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Bock Funeral Home, LTD., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, PA, where a memorial service will be held on Sunday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shaler VFW Post 9199.
