Glenn McDermott Obituary
Glenn McDermott, 87, a resident of Pebble Creek, AZ for 15 years, died May 9, 2011. He was born March 25, 1924 in Kent, OH to Raymond and Gail McDermott. Glenn served 4 years in the Army Air Force during WWII. He married his wife Jean on July 2nd, 1948. Together they settled in Southern California where he was Vice President of Security Pacific National Bank. Glenn loved to travel summers from 1988 to 2005. Glenn is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jean, son, Robert McDermott and sister, Eileen Nazar of California. Glenn is preceded in death by his son Thomas McDermott who passed on January 25, 2011. The family wishes to thank Hospice of the Valley for the excellent care they received. Donations may be made in Glenn's honor to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
