George Elliott Obituary
74 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on May 5, 2011. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he moved to Arizona in 1971. He is a veteran of the Air Force, Security Service. He was preceded in death by his wife Carole. He is survived by sons John Elliott, Rick Elliott, step-daughters Betsy Schreer (Donald), Susan Nelson (Harley), brothers Charles Elliott (Tuckey), Richard Elliott (Nancy), James Elliott (Adele), grandchildren Adam Pritchard and Alex Schreer. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews. Celebration of Life service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, May 20, 2011 at Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th St. Inurnment will be at 10:30 am on Monday at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the AZ American Italian Club Charities (602)944-3090. George's spirit of caring, sharing and laughter will be forever in the hearts of his family, friends and so many others. He was a truly loving father, brother and friend to many.
