Mario Gallegos Obituary
64, passed away peacefully with his wife Dora by his side on April 24, 2011. The only son of Manuel and Molly Gallegos, deceased, Mario was also preceded in death by his son Christopher Gallegos. Mario graduated from Phoenix Union High School in 1964. He worked at G.E. for many years and then moved into the construction business where he was a member of Local 383 Arizona Labors and Teamsters and Local 394 Plaster and Cement Masons. He also worked at Job Corp and ASU for a brief period. Mario is survived by his wife of 43 years, Dora Gallegos; Aunts and Uncles; many Nieces, Nephews and Godchildren along with a host of friends. The family would like to thank the staff of Life Care Center at South Mountain and Hospice of the Valley for their kindness and care. The family will gather at 9:00am, Friday, May 20, 2011 for a Memorial Service which will begin at 10:00am in the Chapel at East Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave., Phoenix, AZ, 85034 followed by Interment at East Resthaven Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate contributions to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.

My deepest Condolences, Dora, 43 wonderful year being Mario's beloved Wife. Buster, always had a beautiful colgate smile and was always a gentlemen in PU High school. He shall be missed. He was a Good & true Friend. May Our Lord, hold his Dora, in his arms, in comfort. At this sorrow time. RIP Mario.
