Carolyn Carr Obituary
widow of Gerald Carr Jr. passed away on May 24, 2011. Carolyn was born on August 22, 1927 to Victor and Laura Parker. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Stipanuk (Carr) and great grandson, Daniel R. Hopper. Carolyn is survived by her children; Linda C. Schlemmer (Larry), Daniel C. Hopper (Gaylene), Randall R. Carr, Gerald H. Carr III, and Sue Anne Carr. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Eddie, Max, Bobby Dan, Jeremiah, Thad, Jerry, Tara, T.K., R.J., Breanne, Dan Jr., Zachary, Nathan, and Samuel, 9 great grandchildren, and many special extended family members including; Cory Kunselman and Gordon (Buck) Weaver. Carolyn was a loving and dedicated mother and will be missed greatly by all whose lives she touched. A memorial service will be held at Carr Tenney Mortuary, 2621 S. Rural Rd. in Tempe, AZ on Wednesday, June 1st, 2011, beginning at 3:00pm. Anyone who wishes may make any donations may make them to Sunrise Hospice, 105 N. Pasadena St. Gilbert, AZ 85233. = For one of the dearest women I,ve know. I,ve tried to locate you for years. I coundn,t remember Chip,s real name. You were more than a Friend, You helped me at work, my divorce, my mother's death. You filled my mothers shoes. There are so many memories, we shared, It's hard to say gooodbye when we haven.t even began to say hello again. I thought of you so often. I have fond memories with Carolyn while we both worked with H & R Block - her 4 leaf clovers taped to her business cards, hugs, vegies from her garden and nice pleasant conversations. She will be missed by many. Lisa Spano
