5 Months of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on May 26, 2011. Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00 PM Thursday June 2, 2011 at the Central Presbyterian Church, 37 East Indian School Road Phoenix, Arizona followed by an all night visitation at the District 6 Service Center, S. 51st Ave on St. Johns Road, Laveen, Arizona. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday June 3, 2011 at East Sacaton Cemetery, Sacaton, Arizona. Arrangements entrusted to Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, Inc.

My family and I send our condolences to Jayden's family and friends. We are so sorry of your loss. And know lil Jayden has be reunited with our heavenly father and is well taken care of by not only our God but all the relatives that have gone before him.
