Michael Sourant Obituary
loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, left us unexpectedly on May 30, 2011. He was born in Bellville, Michigan on June 30, 1936. Michael's life was devoted to service, fellowship and love and his loving company will be missed by all he knew. He leaves behind his wife, Karen, 7 children, 21 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers and 1 sister. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 4 at 10:00 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to services at 9:00 a.m. at the Chandler East Stake Center of the LDS Church, 21320 S. Greenfield Rd, Gilbert, AZ. Bueler Mortuary

Remembering Michael Sourant Jr. They don't come any better than this man. Dad you are my hero... Plain and simple thanks for taking care of me and showing me the way.. I will miss you and think about you until we meet again... eternally grateful..... Clay

My first remembrance of Mike was at Creighton School. Later got reaquainted with him at Camp Geronimo. Mike's troop was always there when the 2nd truck of food came in mid-season and he always was there helping Jimmie unload. That is one of the very good memories we have of working at the camp for 26 summers. He is a good guy! Love, Jimmie & Barbara James

Our love and condolances are with you. We are long time friends of the Sourant's from the Alma Second Ward days. We enjoyed many fun times together. We affectionately called the family the McSourants as we spent time together in church activities and just enjoying their friendship. The McElhaney's
