Bertha Gilman Obituary

Gilman, Bertha Louise
81 of Mesa, AZ and formerly of Wadsworth, Ohio passed away Saturday morning, May 28, 2011 in the Hospice facility at Friendship Village in Tempe, AZ. Daughter of James G. and Ethel M. Tucker, she was preceded in death by them, by her husband Milton E. Gilman, a son, Ronald Holben and a daughter, Linda Holben White. Survivors are daughters Sandra Yanes of Mesa AZ and Jerriene (Dave) Hornbeck of Washington, WV and son James (Sheila) Holben of Doylestown, OH. Surviving brothers are Forest Tucker of Gaithersburg, Md, Lowell T. Tucker of Rittman, OH, and Glen Tucker of Fort Gay WV; sisters Betty JoAnn Tucker of Louisa, KY , Glenna Yurkavage of Wilkes-Barre, PA and Ronda Crisp of Caneyville, KY. 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren neices, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Monday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth. Graveside services will be conducted 10:00 AM Tuesday at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, for both Bertha and her late husband Milton E. Gilman who died on November 19, 2000 and was a Veteran of the United States Army. Please meet at the Cemetery information Center Tuesday at 9:45AM.
