John Monahan Obituary

Monahan, John F. "Jack" Jr.
John F. Monahan, Jr. "Jack", 69, of Tempe, Arizona and formerly of Bergen County, New Jersey, passed away on June 2, 2011. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He had been a realtor with Monahan-McCarthy Real Estate in Wyckoff, New Jersey following his discharge from the U.S. Marine Corps., and then began his career in the financial industry as a stockbroker. At the time of his death, he was the principal of Sage Financial Capital PLLC. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; sons, Patrick and John Monahan; former wife, Jill; siblings, Patricia Wilson, Susan Doughan, Kathleen Monahan and Paul Monahan; stepbrothers and sisters, Patricia Hale, Maureen McCarthy, Francis McCarthy, Michael McCarthy, John McCarthy and Anita McCarthy (nee); grandchildren, Skylar, Shay, Connor and Addison Monahan and nieces and nephews, Brandt Wilson, Kim Ward and Kevin Monahan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Our Lady of Joy Roman Catholic Church, 36811 North Pima Road, Carefree, Arizona. A private family burial will take place at St. Francis Cemetery in Phoenix. Arrangements entrusted to Tempe Mortuary.
