Ernesto Ramos Obituary
65, of Sun City, AZ, went to be with our Lord on June 2, 2011. He was born on November 6, 1945, one of ten children, to Esequial Ramos and Eva Rodriguez in the state of Colima, Mexico. He migrated to our great country to fulfill the American dream at the age of 19, then he proudly became a naturalized citizen of the United States in February, 1980. He dedicated his life in providing a loving home for his family, honorably laboring on the ship yards of San Diego and many years in the construction industry. He officially retired at the young age of 62 after 20 years of loyal service to the Intl. Union of Operating Engineers Local NO. 428. He is survived by his loving wife Eva Patricia, sons Steve and Ernie Jr. daughters Teresa Hernandez and Patricia Yost, six grandchildren one of whom, Robert Samuel, greeted him at Heaven's gate. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend - Dad you will be greatly missed! Absent from body but present with the Lord. Amen. A visitation will be held Thursday, June 9, 2011 from 5-8 P.M. at Chapel Of The Chimes Mortuary 7924 N. 59th Ave. Glendale AZ. 85301. A
funeral service will follow on Friday June 10, 2011 10 A.M. at The Door Christian Church located at 7025 N. 55th Ave. Glendale AZ. 85301. Interment to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
