Alice McDonough Obituary
93, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on May 22, 2011 From injuries sustained from a fall at home. Alice was a Registered Nurse for over 40 years. Alice is survived by her beloved cat Tokay; cousins Felix & Jeane Stegiel of Prescott Valley; also survived by nephews, Stephen Polk, Raymond Mooney, Scott Polk and Todd Polk; Niece, Terry Polk-Guajardo; great-nephews, Brandon Polk, Michael Mooney & Matthew Guajardo; Great nieces, Sarah Mooney, Katie Mooney & Kelly Polk; Also survived by her many friends and neighbors at the Christian Care Manor-1 in Phoenix where Alice lived for the past seven years, as well as her many friends throughout the country. At Alice's request no formal services will be held. If desired donations in Alice's memory may be made to Hospice of the Valley Gardiner Home, 1522 W Myrtle Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021.
