I would like to personally thank everyone who has said and done so many nice things since Shirley's passing,and all those who attended the services.It was really nice to see how loved Shirley was/is,and the people who will miss her.Shirley was much more than just a mother in law to me,I loved her alot,and will miss her a great deal.She was always there for us,especially my daughter,her first grand daughter Casondra,She was a truly special,caring,and giving person,she added value to my life,and I will always remember her and what she means to me,I thank her for allowing me to know her,and for making my life that much more special.She was truly one of a kind,and made everyone who knew her feel better about themselves and their lives,there are not too many people like that in this world,and she will be truly missed by all who ever met her.Thank you Shirley,for everything!

I was saddened tonight to read of Shirley's passing in the electronic Eagle. She was a great person and I can only imagine the pain you must feel at this sad time. You & I go way back, Charlie, and my heart goes out to you. To the Anderson and Bond families: So very sorry to learn of Shirley's passing. Never a comforting word to say, but prayers, God's peace and faith in friends and family are some solice. I knew Shirley at South Junior High and PHS as a friend and classmate then. I've recently returned to the area...and now to learn of another loss of another classmate, too early...again sorry for everyone's loss.
