Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories.

I met Sam when I was in 5th grade and his son Ron had him bring his horse to school for our class to see.Sam has always been there ever since.

When my children were younger, he brought them to the barn to see the horses as he had done in the past with me. To this day, my daughters call him Sam, Sam the elephant man and they are 18-22 yrs old now. (I think Sam the horse man just didn't rhyme.) He will truly be missed.

Sam, you were a special and amazing man. It was a joy and a privilege (yes, I said privilege) to have known you. Not only was your courage and determination inspirational, but you made me laugh every time I talked to you. There should be more like you!
