Mr. Bill was one of my first friends when I arrived in the Berkshires back in 1991, he felt like a big brother and shared his time freely. I am proud to say he was my friend and am forever grateful for his advice in many things. We went to a few concerts together and he introduced me to musician Steve Morse literally. I miss you my friend Mr. Bill.

As a long time friend of Bill W., myself, I salute "Mr. Bill" for crossing the LINE standing up, a goal I hope to achieve. His life is
an example of how one person can touch so many others lives for the good; we tip our hats to Bill.
