Dear Michael and Jayne,

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Lou and I were out of town and just arrived home yesterday. As you know Lou lost his mother a little over a year ago -- we understand the hole it leaves in a family. No one can ever take the place of a mother.

Please know that our hearts go out to you and your family and that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Diane and Lou
