Grandpa,
I will never forget your tomatoes. I looked forward to them every season. I remember when you used to go to Tweeter with your metal detector and would always bring home the greatest treasures. I couldn’t wait to come over and see what you found, money or even jewelry. I will miss the taste of your delicious homemade pizzas and how your trailer used to smell like pasta sauce every time I walked in the door. I will miss seeing you at Jules’s basketball games and being able to drop in to see you and say hi. You always knew how to fix everything. My dad shares that trait with you and every time he is thinking of a solution to a problem or fixing something I always will think of you because I feel like he is thinking, “what would my dad do?” Thank you for all the savings bonds and supporting my education for the future. I hope that I make you proud. I will dearly miss you. I love you Grandpa.
