Aunt Ginny and Ned,
We love you both. What nice things so many people have to say about Uncle Jay. He is the most generous and loving Uncle and I cannot tell you how much he impacted my life through all the things he did for me growing up. I hope that I can be at least a little like him with my nieces and nephews, and make them feel as loved and as special as Uncle Jay did! I don't think Ihave ever met a man who knew so much too!

An old nun dies and goes to heaven. First thing she asks, “Where is God…I’ve been waiting for years to see Him. St. Peter points to a cloud, and there is a guy with a long white robe wearing a pink Nantucket hat marking out the tops of clouds with orange paint. The nun asks St. Peter, “Who IS that?” St. Peter answers: “That's just God, He thinks He's John Havilland.”

Ginny and Ned,
John was a great friend to me and I will miss him dearly. He was always there for me not only for work but as a friend. He was always just a phone call away - I will miss that most. We have shared many great times and I will cherish those memories always. I am a better person for having known him. I also know how much he LOVED you both. My thoughts and prayers are with you now and always!! Lillian

Dear Mrs. Hav & Ned,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Mr.Hav was a great guy who truly loved you guys so much. I have fond memories of him always silently (or sometimes loudly!!) cheering Ned on from the sidelines. He will be missed. I will always remember him on Jan 15th, our shared birthday.
"I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one, I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave when life is done."
